Apartamento Siglo de Oro

When I enter the room, I tried to find the key box. I finally found it, but it didn't open with the password the host had given me. After a while, the host came and tried to open it himself, but it failed. The host gave me another key, and I was barely able to get inside the front door. However, the key to the front door of room was locked and wouldn't open, so a locksmith came and opened it for me. At night, the front door was locked again, but the key kept spinning, so the locksmith came again around 23:00 and removed the lock cluster before I could enter the room. The heating appliance in the room was practically unusable because it made a noise like a tank passing by when it was on.

It wasn't easy to get the keys to the apartment but hopefully that will be rectified.

I wonder if something could be done to the windows to minimize the noise.
