Location is perfect, although finding it was a bit difficult despite the given informations and photos.

To be improved

The apartment was absolutely clean but somehow I had a "not clean" feeling. The road nearby is noisy, but not disturbingly when you're tired enough of the adventures. Parking around the block is a really hard job if you get there late.

“Great apartment at Playa Honda”

The best

Location was good - close to the airport, bus stops and Eurospar, beaches, restaurants and cafes. We walked to Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen several times from the apartment . Shower was fantastic and the larger balcony had the sun all day and was very private . The sun loungers were very comfortable. The apartment was very clean.

To be improved

Although the apartment was clean and in good order, the surrounding complex and immediate vicinity were uncared for and dirty ( dog mess and litter) Also the brand of cleaning agent used had a very powerful odour and maybe needs a rethink. The bed wasn't firm enough and squeaked at the slightest movement Despite this criticism the positives massively outweigh the negatives and we would definitely book again.

“Pleasant stay”

The best

Nice peaceful neighbourhood with supermarkets, corner stores, few good restaurants selling authentic Spanish food as well as international food. Lovely quiet beaches within walking distance, great for running, meditation and yoga time. Bus stops in close proximity and location suitable for travel either side of the island, towards Costa Teguise or towards PDC. Planes flying close by as well as the occasional trio of fighter jets. Felt like we were at an airshow :)

To be improved

Couch was very dusty, had to cover up with a sheet. Washing machine was not in working order so could not make use of it and a lot of time was wasted waiting for it to start up but an alternative option of someone taking the laundry to laundrette was offered, alas too late as we were leaving. Very nice to offer this though so thank you. Needed to purchase spare bin bags as no replacement bags provided and bins have to be thrown out ourselves for collection on a road 2 to 5 minutes walk away which was a little inconvenient but not terrible. The place was difficult to find, I feel more instructions would help, perhaps in a video.

“Excellent, will stay again in future!”

Best accommodation i ever been in, walking distance from airport, good communication from host, perfect stay! Highly recommend!!! Will book again in future!

To be improved

Needs vacuum, sunbeds was dusty, but thats understandable because its next to highway! And freezer needs to be defrosted, top part was grown with ice! Its just suggestion, did use towel on sunbed and didnt use top part of freezer! ;)

“Playa honda”

The best

Ivan who was the host of the apartment was very helpful and friendly. The front balcony had the sun all day. All residential housing around the apartment which was nice. Plenty of great places to eat on the Calle Mayor road. Supermarkets five mins away. We stayed for 26 days so got to know the local area really nice place.

To be improved

If you don't like the sound of motorway traffic and large 737 planes flying overhead. Then this apartment is not for you. the main road in lanzarote is right next to the apartment. . We wore earplugs to bed every night. We had to buy drinking glasses and various other items. The kitchen was poorly equipped. All maintenance activities seem to happen when we were staying.The main door lock didn't work for three weeks. Then the day before we were leaving it was fixed. One morning early while lying in the bed asleep. They decided to lift a solar panel water heater onto the roof with a crane. Then proceed to do river dance on the roof. The toilet rocked like you were on a sailing vessel. All a bit faulty towers
