“Best location, comfortable, calm and quiet”
The best

Very close to everything: a very well equipped supermarket (Consum) is just few steps, such as a tasty and cheap restaurant (Casa Monica). The beach with showers, sunbeds and good restaurant (El Trompo is highly recommended) is also within 5 minutes walk. We could catch every type of buses within 2-3 minutes and reach the city center, restaurants or the Oceanografic. Bus neteork is really great and not too expensive. Our excellent host, Miguel helped us a lot when we arrived, meanwhile he wasn’t meddlesome. The beds in the apartman were very comfortable, quiet street, shuttles and air conditioner supported our good and relaxing sleep. The apartman is very well equipped, there was even a Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine with powders, moreover shampoo and shower gel were in the bathroom. 2nd floor is not too high even with children is comfortable.

To be improved

The staircase was a bit smelly, but we shut the door, so we could manage it.

Very close to the beach

To be improved

Limited parking, as everywhere in Spain though. Some issuers with the hot water but they were fixed. No elevator but the host was very helpful in helping us with our luggage upstairs.
