“Perfect location, spacious flat, but improvements possible”

Excellent location. Four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Perfect for 7 people. Kitchen well equipped. Easy to reach by public transport and easy to find by given directions. Check-in went smoothly. 4th floor easy to reach by elevator.

To be improved

Bad smell in one of the bathrooms. Hot water didn't work for one day (but they came to fix it). We were asked to put the garbage outside ourselves a day before we left. This was not very handy, since this left us without a garbage bag for the last day. Wifi code didn't work according to instructions. Several bedrooms share one airco remote controller, this was impractical during the nights. Regular electricity blackouts. A lot of noise coming from the streets, especially during weekends.

“We all had a great time.”

The best

The four bedroom apartment is perfectly located in Malaga, for great restaurants, bars, supermarket, the port and beach. It is very clean and spacious, perfect for our family holiday with our children and young grandchildren. This was our fourth stay at the apartment.

To be improved

We felt there were some general maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. The unpleasant smell of drains in the smaller bathroom and a leaking shower head. The tap in the larger bathroom (left hand basin) spurted water everywhere and was unusable. Lots of the pottery (plates, bowls and cups) were chipped. We would have preferred bigger or more pillows, as they were very small. There was no tea towel to dry the pots.

The location. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean and tidy with good facilities.

The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Two big bathrooms. Great location,close to the city centre and all shops . Very good communication with the owner and extremely easy check-in. We were allowed to check in much before normal time, so it was nice of the owner.

To be improved

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, but shower gel was available. The kitchen had very basic equipment. We were eating outside, but if you want to cook, there are not enough pots. Some mugs and plates were chipped. There was a lot of noise from outside till very late at night from nearby clubs.
