Great location. Spacious enough for our group. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

To be improved

The dining room table and chairs need replacing. The glass top was loose or not attached and the chairs wobbled badly and didn’t feel safe.

“Felt right at home”
The best

The apartment is exactly as described in the photos. It's not a big house, but there is plenty of space for big families like ours to cook, sit around the table and chat. The kitchen was well equipped and the fact that this house had a washing machine and lines outside to dry the clothes was awesome. The neighbourhood is ok, has supermarkets nearby, kids playgrounds, restaurants, churches... And the very tight streets of this part of town in Sevilla. We did't drive a car on this trip, so we found the small streets amusing and walked easily to bus stops or directly (15 min walk) to the visiting points of interest. The company that administrates the property had nice people talking to us, who were very helpful whenever we needed.

To be improved

There was a dishwasher, but no soap/detergent for it, so we bought ourselves some. For such a short stay, it would be nice to have at least a tablet a day. Also, picking up the keys is on a different location, 2 blocks from the actual apartment. We had big luggage and 2 small kids in a pushchair, and doing that whole zigzag with so much stuff was difficult. I'd rather pick up the keys closer.

“Very good location & nice stay”
The best

Very good location, spacious property with lovely outdoor seating. Well equipped kitchen & other home facilities. We 3 girls stayed for 4 nights, absolutely safe & great places around at walking distance. There are 2 washrooms & host is available on whatsapp for any queries.

To be improved

The house has seepage in drawing room & one of the bedrooms, which has been mended but not fresh paint yet. Its located on the ground floor so might feel stuffy coz no view & also the other washroom door latch broken.

Well equipped, two separate bedrooms. Air-conditioning is in each room. Right in the historical center

Was not ready by check-in time. Dampness in the rooms, partly bad walls, one apartment key set for 4 person, TV remote control did not work

The best

Nice location and friendly service. They let us in earlier and allowed us to leave the luggages one hour more on check out day. Overall clean and confortable.

To be improved

Just not ideal for the fifth person as the sofa bed had just a duvet but no bedsheets or pillowcase. A few appliances/furnitures were broken or not functioning properly but overall it was ok.
