The keys are quite difficult to retrieve from the outdoor key boxes but instead of a key, a badge is required to enter the resort. I recall one rainy night when the badge didn't work upon my late return, putting me at risk of sleeping outside. Fortunately, someone from the resort came out and opened the door for me. Following my departure from the flat, the owner became very aggressive towards me on WhatsApp, threatened me to demand additional payment and to report me to the policefor breaking objects in the flat, which was not true.
