We had asked if there was a safe in the apartment and told there was. But found there wasn’t one and the lock on the apartment door was not very secure. We didn’t get a response when we raised this. The stairs up to the terrace need some repairs. The stairs up to the apartment are tiled and have a raised metal edge at the edge of every step which was very dangerous.

“Pleasant”

The best

It was very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfy, and I slept well. The rooftop terrace is lovely, I like the privacy. Love the location. Easy to get to everything. Ive been coming to fuerteventura for a long time, stayed in many apartments.

To be improved

I feel it's needs some maintenance, the front door handle needs replacing, doesn't look nice, one of the steps leading up to the rooftop terrace is loose, very dangerous, gave me anxiety everytime I used them. Bathroom smells of drainage. No welcoming treats. No hairdryer. No information book/folder.

“Value for money”

The location to the centre of town was great, the sunbeds on the roof were a good surprise, the kitchen facilities were good even if I didn't use them.

To be improved

The apartment looked a little rusty, the door to the apartment was rusted, the shower room was rusty, the main door to the apartment banged in the wind and a horrid smell came from the shower after using it twice.
