“Fantastic apartment right in the beach with everything you need.”

The best

The property was lovely and clean, nice and spacious for us and our two teenagers. The view was absolutely stunning. Close to shops and restaurants. Loved the fact that they had two bottles of water in the fridge on arrival. Everything was explained clearly, paying the tourist tax was easy as they had a box for the money. Had a washing machine and dryer which was useful and also had plenty of towels. Beds really comfortable and the outside bed was a lovely surprise. The lift was a godsend because it was so hot it was a Struggle doing the stairs. The key collection was easy and the air con was bloody beautiful after a hot day and sweaty evening out. When you leave the apartment and go on to the sea front make sure you venture left and right, loads of different food places and shops in both directions the harbour is to the left and it’s lovely in the evenings. To the right of you walk all the way down you will find loads of shops and restaurants.

To be improved

Parking wasn’t very easy as it was really busy all weekend outside of the apartment and all the car parks around. We had to park about a 10 minute walk away. Which wasn’t a major issue just a little bit annoying with bags and stuff. Also the 60’s bar had loud music till just after midnight which also wasn’t a major issue for us but my daughter was ill the first night and struggled to settle down because of the music also because on the beach opposite they had a beach party for a celebration that went on till 4.30am. lucky my daughter is 16 so was able to not let it affect her to much but if you had smaller kids it could be an issue, if I had My youngest who is autistic it would of been a big struggle for her to settle down. I am in no way moaning as we had a Lovely stay and this doesn’t reflect the apartment because it’s absolutely stunning but just a heads up to other people if you like it peaceful in the evenings. We spent the evenings eating out and enjoying the different food and drink places along the beach front.

Had everything you needed, very comfortable beds. Great location closed to everything.

To be improved

The lift was not working for 4 out of 6 days and my parents have limited mobility it made it difficult.

Really nice view. The host follow up and are helpful (german speaking, but google translate works fine)

Not much, the beach close by is a bit rocky and can be dirty some days.

“Wonderful apartment with stunning views slightly marred by the nearby noisy evening bar.”

The best

The views were spectacular especially sunrise and the uninterrupted views across the sea. Our breakfasts on the balcony were truly treasured. The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything you needed from coffee to extensive meal making. The sitting room had a panoramic view regardless of where you sit. The apartment had a wonderful calm feeling.

To be improved

Nothing with the property itself. However, for us the location was slightly wanting only because of a very noisy bar next door which impacted upon a peaceful evening sitting on the balcony. That said, on the dot of midnight there was an almost curfew like complete silence.
