“Great off season stay”

The best

Four day stay with friends at the end of off season. Staff friendly helpful good comms throughout. Apartment is clean comfortable and large two bedroom with lots of facilities. Including great kitchen and bathroom. Centrally located between Torromolinos and Benalmedana with everything a short walk away. Only complaints if any were, mattress in master bedroom did not fit to bed correctly, and pool was closed due to off season. All in all, great find, and enjoyed our short stay.

Nice 2- bedroom apartment that was comfortable and clean. Parking was underground and secure.

To be improved

We realized the location was high up on a hill from the water which meant driving down and finding parking became the norm. We were booked for a month and there was no support of any kind - no cleaning of the apartment, no change of towels or adding toilet paper as needed. Hot water was quite limited so we had to wait between showers. No elevator and two flights of stairs to parking lot. English communication was very limited.

“We enjoyed our stay once we were in.”

The best

We liked the apartment - it was very basic but well equipped. We liked the private parking. It was comfortable enough for a few days but wouldn’t want any longer. 600m from the beach feels like a bit of a stretch as the apartment is on a bit of a hill - no complaint from us as we had a car, but as pedestrians you should be aware.

To be improved

Communication from the hosts was poor. We were told to contact 30mins prior to wanting the keys, which we did. We are told to meet up an hour and a half later, again we did. They were then an hour late even then. The guy complained that he had to be in Malaga, and such, plus had a family dinner. This needs to be more organised.
