Great location. However, the apartment could have been a lot cleaner. The main bedroom smelled fusty, and the smell of drains in both bathrooms was not pleasant. We had to use a plunger while the shower was running in the ensuite bathroom to prevent the water from flooding the floor. Amongst numerous other things, the flat would benefit from some new bed linen, pillows, and a review of kitchen requirements for a seven night stay. The couch and cushions, while looking clean, smelt like an unwashed bed. The heating controls were not working. Staff response was slow and clunky. An information handbook would be very useful. There is no information as to what to do with the rubbish, recycling, etc. There are no options for any clean towels or fresh linen. There is a washing machine but no dryer. Be prepared to provide all your guests' personal information, along with a selfie. Payment was taken before the free cancellation period had expired without prior notification.

Fantastic location, very close to the metro and to the centre of the city. The flat is comfortable and the facilities are really good
