The best

Good location, close to the old town and tram stop. Good comms with the owner and easy access to the property. Comfortable living space and bedrooms. Basic but useful breakfast.

To be improved

There was a ptoblem with the bathroom which was inconvenient. To be fair, the owners responded quickly to effect a repair, so credit to them for that.

The location and layout of the flat were great.

To be improved

The flat was very cold and lacked sufficient heating, making it uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the fridge didn’t work, which was inconvenient, and the dish sponge provided was not clean. There was no breakfast as shown on the pictures, only some biscuits and pre-packed croissants. No cereals, butter, jam or fruit. We also noticed there were no maps or guides available in the flat that were promised, which would have been helpful for navigating the area.
