“Reasonably good apartment. Good location close to the old town (Atxuri tramp stop nearby; the tram was convenient to get around elsewhere in the city and to the Intermodal bus station). · Cons: Smell of mould/damp in part of the kitchen area, though not elsewhere. I think this is likely a problem with the building in general (got the same smell on the stairs when elsewhere in the building).”
