The best

The location is fabulous, the apartment is clean and spacious, the kitchen is nice, and the price was reasonable. The plaza where this is located is nice and generally quiet. We were there during carnival so there were a few nights where it was loud with music but we expected the area would be lively due to carnival and this was not a problem.

To be improved

There were a few organizational issues that, if changed, would allow this place to receive the highest overall rating. Upon arrival, we were supposed to be buzzed in. This did not happen. Just as we were going to call, someone was leaving the building and let us in. There was construction in the lobby and the elevator was out of service. We were not made aware of this in advance. Thankfully, the apartment is on a lower floor, and we did not have a lot of luggage. We were thankful that we did not need to do any remote work in the apartment as the construction noise was very loud at times. We had problems with the door lock to the apartment, but this was remedied quickly once the manager was notified. Apparently the issue was due to construction dust. The bathroom door sticks but seemed to improve over time. Finally, directions for the space heaters should be provided as it is not obvious how to operate them.
