Bedbugs (chinches)! Yes, bedbugs. I reserved two nights and woke up at midnight of the first night to find them. I went to the reception desk and they told me that they could not do anything and I had to ring the number on the booking, as they were not the apartment owners. I rang and woke up the lady, who quickly arranged for another apartment in the same building for me. Thankfully - whether by accident or by design - that apartment had a washing machine/dryer in it. There was no follow up/further contact from them beyond that - not even an offer of laundry detergent. The thought of even staying in the same neighbourhood again is making me itchy.

It was a great central location and the 24 hours reception is excellent and made me feel safe . The property was clean and well equipped .

The wifi speeds were so bad, I couldn't work or rely on it. It kept cutting out.
