“Minimum basics with minor/major problems”
The location.
If you come with a small baby, alert! They gave us a baby crib without mattress, baby had to sleep on the crib structure. What was even worse was that they put a duvet from IKEA as mattress, and the duvet was loosely covered by non fitted sheet. If baby grabs it they can be easily covered by the duvet or the sheet. When we contacted them, they said that they don’t have alternatives, and none of their previous clients told them that it’s dangerous for a under 1 year old baby. We had exactly the same crib WITH a proper mattress in Malaga, acros de La sierra, Cordoba, Priego de cordoba and Granada. As a hospitality facility, if a guest tells you that your property has safety concern, it’s already too late. You can Google it to know whether it’s safe to use a duvet as baby crib mattress. The way they replied to us didn’t show any respect towards their guests. The apartment was NOT clean. There was black mold falling from the ceiling and it’s on the wall, the toilet etc. You can not close the door of the shower. You can smell the toilet from the room. There’s not even a trash bin in the toilet. The quality of the shower towel and bed sheet is not better than a youth hostel, cheapest from ikea. I found it’s curiously strange to find such a place with zero charm. I understand that Seville is touristic but I’m still surprised that there’s absolutely no decoration effort putting into this place. There are two artificial bamboo, no coffee, no tea, basic cleaning stuff in a plastic bag, I couldn’t find anything Spanish inside this place, absolutely no attention to any detail.
“Mediocre. Fine at best. Lack of ammenities”
Good location. Everything else would be valued mediocre
Lack of kitchen amenities. There was one big pot and a pan, when the induction is meant for smaller ones. The ammenities for washing clothes and dishes was prepared only for one night as there was bag of single samples to use. If you come by a car do keep in mind that there are none proper parking nearby apart from private parkings.
“Disappointing stay”
Being close to Triana market
No available parking realistically, street parking has always been full Fridge is too loud; it needs maintenance or replaced. I could hear it from the bedroom. Washing machine has low spin speed only and no drying function, no balcony to have sun light to dry clothes No views of anything, all windows open out to light shaft; terrible No tea, no coffee, absolutely nothing for cooking
