We were able to stay somewhere on the same site after the owners messed up our booking.

To be improved

We booked well in advance, and on the day of arrival received a message saying the apartment was ready for us. After a long drive we arrived with our two young children and dog only to find we could not access the property. We called the owner who would not believe that the key box was empty and they asked us to find an open windown to enter!!! We found an open window, only to see someone's stuff all in there. The owner still wouldn't believe us so we sent photos. When they finally saw this, they offered another place, luckily on the same site. The whole ordeal was very stressful and completely avoidable. Would never book again as they obviously can't operate efficiently at all.

Sofa bed put in dining/living room was an outside sofa, mattress was very thin. Could do with some normal bowls for cereal
