Modern and spotless, clean and comfortable. Very helpful host.

To be improved

Smell of sewage in bathroom and back bedroom but think this is common to the area as sewer infrastructure in city is lacking.

“Excellent place to stay”

The best

The property was very clean, a great location and very modern. The host was very approachable and checked in regularly to ensure we were settled and had what we needed. There was a welcome treat and bottles of water on our arrival which again was very thoughtful. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Excellent facilities, excellent accommodation and excellent host.

The best

Clean property, central location yet quiet, comfortable beds, easily accessible with a lift or just one flight of stairs. I loved that the bathroom had two sinks! The host was outstanding and was very helpful at all times. Lovely little surprise left in the fridge. There was also a card for the bus that we could borrow, which was helpful.

To be improved

I would have loved more options for thicker duvet covers, however the heating made a big difference. I didn’t realise the apartment is actually on a bit of a hill, which could be quite challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility issues.
