The best

The size of the apartment was very good and 2 toilets. The heating and hot water was excellent. Shower was good. Location was excellent. Administration and communication very good. Overall good apartment apart from the noise at night.

To be improved

The mattresses need changing, sunk in the middle. Wardrobe in double room needs attention. Toilet in shower room does not flush properly. Kitchen equipment needs looking at. Main issue was the noise outside the apartment. Up to 6am on our last night so not restful at all.

The flat had everything I needed for my two week stay (kitchenware, coffee machine, dishwasher, very good mattress, etc.). It was quiet and very well located, with everything at walking distance. Special mention to the roof terrace, with great views on the Alhambra and the Albaicin!

“Fantastic location and beautiful views from terrace . Wonderful stay .”

The best

Beautiful views from the terrace (and the bathroom!) . The studio was very clean and tidy. Location was perfect 15 min walk to Alhambra and 15mim walk to the mirador san Nicholas. Between the lovely old Alabicin area and the cathedral area. It’s in an ‘older’ part of the city but we felt very safe even late at night . The staff were extremely helpful with an issue we had and sorted immediately. We ate breakfast and had evening drinks on terrace every day as it was so lovely .

To be improved

The terrace is up a very steep metal staircase so wouldn’t be suitable for someone with mobility issues . It wasn’t clear if it was a private terrace but we were the only ones who seemed to use it anyway. No trays in oven so we couldnt use but it didn’t really matter and would be good to have some tea or coffee provided (there was a coffeemaker and kettle etc) again that’s only a minor thing. We had some confusion initially over which was our apartment but this was partly our problem. Would be good to have separate codes for the key boxes. Lights in hallway turned off too quickly on the timer .

The only thing that I liked is that the person in charge Germán came to open the door for me before entering the apartment as their instructions sent by WhatsApp were not very clear . Thanks for coming .

To be improved

Everything that was not visible like the top of the kitchen and the room under the furniture was dirty and dusty. Also I was offered the option to check in in person and I called to confirm that. Check in was done finally in person but the person in charge was trying to change it a few times and I had to call him again as he had left (last minute notice). I like clean rooms so I cleaned it all for them plus the terrace, to which more people had access unfortunately, although announced as room plus terrace. Also the door did lock with the key. I was feeling insecure
