“We loved the apartment, it was spacious and comfortable, spotless clean and safe. Raùl is a great host, super friendly a”
The best

The apartment is roomy and very well equipped, the furniture and appliances were brand new, the air conditioning and fans saved us from the torrid days. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. The location was very good, within a walking distance from the City of Arts and Sciences and Oceanographic, 20 minutes away. Pretty close to the beach as well, takes about 30 minutes to get there by foot. Bus station is also nearby. Many supermarkets around.

“The best apartment”
The best

I liked everything, it's the third time I visit Valance and it's the best apartment for me. I've never met a nice and helpful guy like Raul. I advise you to book this apartment, you will not regret

The best

The owner is a really nice and kind person! The location of the apartment is amazing. Close to the centre and there is everything you need in the neighbourhood. The apartment was very clean and new. And coffee was delicious 😋
