“Quiet residential location by a park. Could use a serious scrub before next rental!”

The apartment is located in a residential area on the other side of the tracks from all major attractions. It was about a 30 minute walk from restaurants, supermarkets and attractions. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but if you are looking for a place close to all the attractions and restaurants, this is not the place!

To be improved

The place was filthy. I communicated with the host to receive a partial refund but no response. The internet stopped working the last day of our stay and they tried to fix it but to no avail. Too much drama for a quiet stay in this beautiful city. I think the number one priority for many guests is a clean place. If the managing company, disfrutarex, is paying for a cleaning service, the person performing the work is doing a bad job and the host is not supervising the work to make sure guests receive a clean apartment. The floors were absolutely filthy, like they have not been cleaned in ages, especially both bathrooms. We wore shower shoes to avoid infections.
