İt was Hard to arrive and no one speaks English, comminication was very Hard and took time. The flat wasn't clean enough and bed sheet, pillow etc wasn't new washed, it seems to used befor me. Thats why it was Hard to sleep.

apartment was left dirty, the cleaner didn't change the sheets or clean anything totally unhygienic. The cleaner sprayed the bathtub with a slippery foam and I (Ryan) fell. There was no internet or WiFi so we missed our bus to Portugal. We should be returned/refunded our entire cost of the room, the cost of our Flix bus to Portugal and possibly medical costs. The owner would not return our calls, especially after we said there was no internet.

You have a record and seen all the complaints and failed to address with the Owner. No hot water, no heating , and a refusal to compensate any monies and a refusal to supply the complaints form as required by Spanish consumer law. Your own customer service is barely existent with repeated automated emails, and a failure to address valid concerns in a reasonable and responsible manner.
