Everything about the apartment was awful. We stayed in the apartment at the beginning of June 2025. The apartment itself was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The apartment was filthy. We had to buy cleaning stuff and clean the apartment ourselves. The apartment had to be scrubbed from top to bottom. There was rubbish left from the previous people staying, including food waste, which were left in the wardrobe. Despite being told, the apartment had not been cleaned 😡😡😡😡 The apartment itself is not a one bedroom apartment as stated on the website. It is a studio apartment, NOT A ONE BED APARTMENT!!. The apartment itself is not what the pictures show on the website. it's falsely advertised!! 😡😡. The apartment is outdated, needs to be modernised, the kitchen area is very outdated, and appliances are all very old and worn. To make things worse, this apartment was infested with bed bugs!! 😡😡, which resulted in us needing medical care when we returned home as we got badly bitten. This just shows the condition of the apartment and it is absolutely disgusting that despite the owner being aware, THEY ARE DOING NOTHING TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE!!!, 😡😡😡 It is absolutely disgraceful that this has been allowed to happen. Please, for anyone who's booked this apartment, PLEASE UNBOOK!!. I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN!!. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND APPAULED.

Bed full of bed bugs reception would not help no cleaner at all for full 10days. Room had not been cleaned before got there filthy bin still had food in it told to buy our own insecticide to kill bed bugs

This was not a one bedroom apartment. It is a studio. The place had not been cleaned, when I began cleaning a cockroach came out. The bathroom was a mini paddling pool due to a leak. I could not walk around bare foot as the floor tiles were cracked in places. There is no view from the balcony if you are sitting down as the wall is almost 4ft high. I didn't like being bitten through the night repeatedly; a total of 12 bites. Possible bed bugs???? Getting to the actual studio was a nightmare, long corridors, some dark, no directions, goodwill of other occupants got me there. Very difficult to open the lock box due to lack of light.
