Location was okay ish and elevator is nice.

To be improved

I’m sorry, but i do not understand the high ratings this appartment gets. It is hot. Beds are uncomfortable, very noisy neighbours. You can hear everything that happens two blocks over.

A lot of beds for group travellers, good living and dining room, big kitchen, good location near Zurriola beach.

To be improved

Dishwasher stank and caused electricity to go out. NO responsiveness from the property manager! Not enough blankets, NO SOAP, NO DISHWASHER TABLETS or any sponge to clean dishes. Windows couldn't close in master bedroom so it was very cold.

We liked the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment and appreciated that our son could gain entry slightly earlier than 16hrs, having travelled on a separate flight from us.

To be improved

There were only 3 cups for 4 guests, no pods for the coffee machine, no soap in either toilet, no welcome bottles of water etc. which we have usually had in the past and no folder with information about the flat or the area. The flat was on a very noisy road but we had to keep the windows open overnight as no air conditioning and no fans. We felt that the price of the flat was highly priced for what we got.

“Good place for a group in San Sebastián”

Very big to accommodate 6 of us and a baby. Clean and comfortable. Good kitchen.

To be improved

But far from center if the city, which was but hard to manage with a baby, but if no children I think is great. Second bathroom is quite small.
