“Lovely apartment in a good location”
The best

Nice additional facilities (pool, tennis court), large living area, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and functional bathroom with shower cabinet. The location is good, only 8-10 mins downhill to the Sardinero 2nd beach with the return trip heavily aided by a set of escalators and travelators that take out the worst of the uphill climb.

To be improved

Parking was a problem at times, on street parking spots are at a premium. The apartment didn't have a broom/brush (though there was a vacuum cleaner) and a couple of basic supplies weren't provided - salt & pepper, soap for the clothes washing machine.
