“Family stay in Alcudia.”

The best

Great location, near beach. Lovely pool. Lots of shops, pubs and restaurants around. Washing machine was a great addition. Host very responsive on WhatsApp. Plenty room. Really nice property. Very quiet considering location. I would definitely stay here again. No hesitation.

To be improved

More comfy pillows would be great plus another mirror. Only mirror is the one in the bathroom, but overall this wasn't an issue.

Cleaning wasn’t great, the floor wasn’t well done. Kitchen could be improved, it had a minimum of kitchenware, for instance only one mug, no bowls. No dishwasher available which is a disappointing at this price point. Minimum of seasoning was available, so we had to buy almost everything. A bit more courtesy from the host would have been appreciated. Bathroom was smelling sewage all the time which wasn’t obviously very welcoming. Shower was always clogged, we had to be careful not to shower for too long otherwise water would just flood the floor. Yet the worst was the night nuisance coming from the bars next to the bedroom. Every night we had karaoke going on until very late and due to poor sound insulation we didn’t have the best sleeping experience. If you like to sleep in quiet environment or you have young children then it’s a no go.

The best

We loved everything! Amazing location, the beach is about two blocks away. The swimmjng pool was fab! There's everything you need next to the apartment, from supermarkets, restaurants, outdoor gym, fun fair activities. The communication with the host was smooth. Everything was clean and adequate. Air con in every room and in the living room/kitchen area too. The balcony was lovely with the swimming pool view. We would stay there again for sure.

“Superb”

The best

Location very convenient for beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Off street parking is great, clean swimming pool in complex. Apartment was roomy enough for family of 5 and host was excellent at communications, accommodating late arrival, quick to respond and solve issues.

To be improved

For light sleepers you may find the bars and karaoke across the little lane at rear intrusive until around midnight. Minimal consumable supplies included (eg. 1 toilet roll, no shampoo, salt/pepper, etc. Best to bring your own supplies of such things to avoid inconvenience.

Host was very approachable and accommodating. Close to the beach and shops.

We would have liked a kettle and a dishwasher. Noisy bars at the back of the property in the evenings.
