The price and the proximity to the seafront.

To be improved

I didn't like that we did not have any views. The balcony faces the wrong way, to the roof of the supermarket below. We were there in February, which was very cold, and we did not have any heating. There is also a bunk bed in the living room, which is a bit weird, and the TV is on the top of a very high bookshelf, which makes it uncomfortable to watch. The bedroom would benefit from having bedside tables.
