The best

The place was located in a residential area, very quiet and safe. The apartment was clean and was well-equipped with necessities. We had a parking spot in front of the apartment. Supermarkets around the area. The bathroom door was a bit hard to slide. We informed the owner which she fixed immediately.

To be improved

The only thing is the bathroom didn't have a window. So had to leave the bathroom door open for ventilation.

My recent stay at Apartamento Villa Rizos in Sevilla was fantastic! The host was very helpful and nice, always providing quick responses to any questions I had. The entire apartment is new and immaculately clean, which added to the overall comfort. There are plenty of Restaurants and bars, Grocery stores near by. One of the great perks is the free car parking, making it convenient for those traveling with a vehicle. Additionally, the train to Sevilla city center is just a 6-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. I highly recommend Apartamento Villa Rizos for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Sevilla!

Car parking is on street in front of entry door, With limited space need some effort to park.

In the information regarding apartment there is a separate bedroom with bed and living room with sofa. However, it is only one room, there is no separate bedroom.
