“Very good”
The best

Very spacious apartment. Good kitchen facilities. Easy access to old town. In the heart of the new town. Paid parking is quite close (3€ per 24 hour). Would be great in cooler weather. Having a lift is very handy as it's on the top floor.

To be improved

Not equipped sufficiently to deal with hot weather. The fans aren't enough to make the unit comfortable. The entry to the complex needs a bit of maintenance.
