Unfortunately we arrived on the day of the power outage so could not make contact to collect the keys and had to spend the first night in our car. We were contacted on our second day and collected the keys from a key safe. During our stay our car park key stopped working so we were delayed getting our car out of the park to go off for the day. I contacted the owner and to be fair he arrived within 10 minutes with a replacement key which worked OK for the remainder of our stay.

the owner did not speak English and corresponded only in Spanish, instructions on how to find the apartment were sent late - we could not find the house; the induction cooker did not work in the apartment; there was only one blanket, the floor was not very clean
