“Very good”

The best

Very clean. Great location on the beach. View is beautiful. Big apartement with lots of lights. 8th floor. Parking free of charge in front of the building.

To be improved

It was windy March and it was too cold in the apartement. Weak heating options. Two heaters can not work at the same time. No AC. Building has a weak soundproof isolation.

“Good location. Beds comfy. Apartment needs some TLC.”

The best

The location was ideal. Not far from local shops and restaurants and right opposite the long sandy beach. Also there is a bus stop right outside the compound.

To be improved

The instructions to pick up the keys were not clear enough (ie. the taxi driver from the station dropped us off at the property, despite showing him the Spanish instructions). It would have been much easier if the directions said eg. the block opposite the Carrefour on .X ... street. Lots of knobs and handles were missing from the furniture. Not a problem in using them, just a worry that you might be charged for damage. The apartment was not clean when we arrived. Dirty plates in the cupboard and crumbs on the floor.

Easy check in and property access Car park on premises Although outdated, flat feels homely and cosy Beach opposite the block of flat and protected wet dunes area with flamingos

To be improved

Would need some renovation in the kitchen, maybe new appliances and pots and pans, cutlery but everything is there.

“Amazing view”

The best

Location is absolutely amazing. Perfect view of the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Cadiz 15mins in car. Promenade is great. Good communication with owner. Pool was nice.

To be improved

No air-conditioning. Shower head is in an awkward position and cubicle is small. Although didn't spoil our time.
