“Great location and property!”

The best

Great host, great location 5 min from the beach. Super large balcony and enough space inside for a family. Even a gym down the street. A 24h shop downstairs, a large shopping centre is walking distance and it has a kids playground too. Very handy if you want your child to spend some time a bit away from the sun. Literally everything you need.

To be improved

Parking is on a public street and we got our car scratched by someone during the night. Nothing to do with the actual property but something to be mindful of. It's a dead end street and cars are turning around to get out, so it's best to park on the main street just a few meters away.

The best

Location was superb (to Mercadona and to beach), apartment has all the needs, what u expect. Convenience stores are max 5-10min walking. Have 24/7 shop also on the street (very expensive). Eric was very friendly and helpful. WE REALLY LOVED THIS PLACE AND WOULD STAY AGAIN THERE!

To be improved

Apartment doesnt have parking space but if u were lucky, u can park front of the house, but when not, then if u drive along the street, then there maybe be spot, where to park ur car. Better location for the washing machine. To add laundry gel into the compartment i had to remove one hinge. The drainage of the terrace is clogged, if it's rainy day, u wont be able to eat at the terrace next 2 days. There were not warm blanket at the bedroom, so my partner were little bit cold when she slept (but she handled it). There were not obvious cooking things (oil, salt, pepper, coffee), laundry gel and dishwashing capsules. We bought them all and left them there. Hope new people are able to use them. Some day and at night neighbours were noisy but u get use to it.
