Apartamento vive Patraix

There are some maintenance issues that weren't addressed. There was black mold above the patio door. On the first day we were told someone was coming to paint. Then we were told they couldn't make it because of the floods which is understandable, but we never heard anything about fixing it again the rest of our month long stay so we had to live in mold. It needs to be removed not just painted. The shower also had some mold and mildew that wasn't cleaned properly. The bathroom sink was clogged so we had to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth. This was reported and never addressed. There is a dishwasher but not many dishes so we had to wash by hand anyway because we only had a few plates. They asked for a deposit without doing a walk through first so I had to ask them to come back and do the walk through so I wouldn't get charged for damages I didn't do. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. I had to sit on top of a pillow to use it. It could really use a coffee table or end tables. We had to set drinks and remotes on chairs. The living room is huge but feels empty because of the lack of furniture. The neighborhood is nice and safe but too far from the center for me personally. I think the price is too high given all of these issues.
