When we got to the apartments, the leg of the couch was broken.Someone just propped the leg back onto the couch because we couldn't see there was no wood chipping on the ground underneath the couch. Also some of the locks are broken on the doors too.

Location was good - close to the city center.

To be improved

We recently stayed at this apartment with a group of 5 colleagues and friends. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired, and we encountered issues such as a broken couch and insufficient towels and toilet papers. It is worth noting that we had stayed at the same apartment two years ago, and the conditions were significantly better back then.

“Pleasant”

The best

location good - easy walk to centre of town. Facilities were sufficient for our needs, Kitchen and washing machine. Bathrooms were small but good. Air con good.

To be improved

Beds were very uncomfortable - mattresses sink into the middle. Pillows very lumpy - no support. Couches were very hard and uncomfortable. Some crockery items in short supply - eg coffee mugs.

The best

The apartment is very well located. Easy to reach any location in Zaragoza. The shops are in the neighborhood (including a food shop). A bus stop is just in front of the apartment.

it was not so clean as expected, but still OK
