“Good place to stay at for the price listed.”
The best

It isn't too far from the top attractions of the city. The apartment clean.

To be improved

Surrounding area didn't seem too safe to walk by yourself during the night. Some door latches and chairs were broken upon arrival.

“It was okay.”
The best

Overall I think the place is fine for the price. I was somewhat surprised to find something so reasonable so close to the old town for all 9 of us. I thought I had found a great deal, but once we arrived I realized it's pretty much just what we paid for. In the end it served its purpose and we got pretty comfortable with it. My daughter loved sitting on the balcony taking in the evening lights.

To be improved

The place is not very clean. Maybe this was just a one time bad luck kind of thing for us, but the place had not been cleaned much at all. The bedding seemed fresh and clean, so that was good. But dust everywhere, the dining table sticky and coffee rings on the night stands. The kitchen does not provide much as far as utensils go... especially knives are lacking. One butter knife, one steak knife... What took some getting used to more than anything was the block that it's on. Yes, it's very close and walking distance to downtown, old town and all the cool stuff - however, the apartment is on a sketchy block! Lots of suspicious activity, probably drug related, people drunk in the streets, etc. Our cousin who's a police officer with the civil guard in Zaragoza confirmed that it's not a great block and implored us to not be out too late. It ended up being fine, we were always in a larger group, and drug dealers are generally not looking for trouble, they just want to see their stuff. So if you don't make yourself look like an easy target, but leave them alone, it's fine... it just was quite a bit off putting at first, since I did not at all expect that. The other thing that sucked was parking. You have to take your car into an elevator in a tiny parking garage. If you have a larger rental car like us, I'd say stay away from it. With a little car, it would be okay.
