I REALLY disliked the owner of this property for several reasons: 1) With this guys you will receive a lot of spam and useless emails/messages/etc and incorrect info. Too much useless communication that wastes my time (emails, WhatsApp messages, messages in the Booking application, etc) 2) I asked what type of coffee machine is in the apartment - you told Nespreso (it's not true). Upon arrival, I see a DOLCE GUSTO system coffee machine! And they are not compatible. Yes you left me 4 capsules of cheapest coffee Auchan and Eroski, thanks a lot, but it was bad and awful & I don't recommend to anybody drink that coffee. I had my own coffee capsules of Nespreso system but was not able to use them, because you confirmed fake info and didn't notified me of any changes. And I don't care that something there was damaged before my arrival. You LIED me in chat and didn't provide ANY notification about changes. 3) Complete lack of desire to help when I had difficulties with additional registration at the accommodation. And it's true. 4) Wi-Fi - they said there is a QR code in the room for quick and easy connection. Again a lie - we didn't find any QR code and I had to search router and enter a mile long default password by hand on all our phones that we had with us. Waste of time again 5) The owner spoke rudely to me on the phone and as a result asked three times what time we would arrive, although I gave him all this information during the booking on Booking. I also can't see any problems with my arrival time as I indicated it on booking platform and was a bit late (about 30 minutes) only because of your incompetence and unwillingness to help when you were informed that there are difficulties with additional registration... Sorry but take ALL your fake info back with you. Finally you provided such an awful service that we will remember YOU for a long time... P.s: think about it... & Good luck mate!
