“Excellent location and good budget apartment but needs updating.”

Excellent location as beach, shops and restaurants all very close. We stayed for the FIB and it was a 15/20 minutes walk to the bus.

To be improved

Areas of the property are in major need of updating. In particular the bathroom. The bath had patched holes all over it and the shower head fell a lot when using the shower. The fan in the bedroom wasn’t remotely powerful enough to cool the room and the bucket for the aircon had to keep being emptied which was annoying. If staying for the festival, it’s worth knowing that the room overlooks the marina d’or water park area and the entertainment starts around 9am, it’s loud.

The flat is OK, given what it is. It was a blessing the air conditioning. Worked perfectly. If it's ok for you to be in Marina D'or, it's an ok place to be.

To be improved

The terrace has the air conditioning ventilator (I suppose that's by law) and it's almost impossible to be there while it's functioning because of the heat/noise. The shower was kind of broken, but it did the job. They charge you a fine that you get back when you leave the keys. I understand it, because we were there for the Beniccasim festival, and you know how people is. But it's good to know.
