“Very good”

The best

Location is great.Just by the Puerta del Sol. Walking distance to all Toledo historical sites (except Mirador), restaurants and stores. Very convenient. They have some reserved parking spots around 5 min by foot at Miradero Plaza Zocodover. The apartment is a good size with a washing machine(no drying machine ), coffee maker etc. Pretty clean. AC works great. Even some complementary snacks for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of information. Overall good value.

To be improved

We stayed at the ground floor. The apartment itself was clean, but we felt humidity and smelled some sewer or old building. Probably because of an old well below the kitchen (could see from a part of the transparent floor). Upper floors could be different. The apartment has no elevator. The access to the apartment has some stairs and a steep slope. If you have any heavy luggage, it would be a problem. The hotel staff helped me to carry my luggage.

“Stylish fully equipped flat with terrace close to old town.”

The best

Very stylish apartment which even had a terrance overlooking the old gateway. Everything you needed. Was there … heaters / blankets appreciated in cold month. We used there paid parking for security . Just pull up for a few moments by main hotel and they carefully explain everything ( flat just behind hotel & car park few minutes walk away). It even had a full bath as well as shower which I like .

To be improved

Nothing ( kettle would be handy but had coffee maker and hob).

“Great Location but not for car rentals.”

Loved the roof top terrace. Loved the fact we had free juices and water in the fridge waiting for us after a long day of driving from down south. Reception staff were really helpful.

To be improved

Do not use Google maps in Toledo. After parking outside the apartment in a steep hill, where I had to be let in by the police after busing them to bring down the plot in the middle of the road which was a mistake. You need to go at the hotel to check in and not to the apartment itself. I followed google maps to get out of that street and park where I should have in the first place and ended up scratching both sides of our car rental due to how narrow the streets of old town toledo are.
