“location was fantastic. Close to Denia and the beach. The apartment was perfect for our needs. · Cons: Very minor points. Sound proofing wasn't great but we understand it's an apartment block and there's not much that can be done about that. The smell of drains when you entered the apartment wasn't very nice but we just bought air freshners and then it was fine.”

“Everything about the apartment was first class, the location the cleanliness and Everything you needed, Have stayed in many more so called up market places and they didn't have all the little extras this host provided ,Thank you very much for our stay we will be sure to be back ,oh and it is advertised as no balcony which is deceiving there is a lovely sun room protecting you from the noise of the traffic and pollution. · Cons: Not one complaint”

Everything about the apartment was first class, the location the cleanliness and Everything you needed, Have stayed in many more so called up market places and they didn't have all the little extras this host provided ,Thank you very much for our stay we will be sure to be back ,oh and it is advertised as no balcony which is deceiving there is a lovely sun room protecting you from the noise of the traffic and pollution.

Near the city center, has big parking (in Denia its rare), facilities have all what you need.

To be improved

no room cleaning. When checking in there was left a lot of other person hairs, so some vacuum cleaner would be a good solution

“The apartment had everything required for our stay. It was very clean when we arrived and all the instructions on accessing the facility were clear and to the point. The location was brilliant as it was so close to the beach and the centre of Denia.”
