The location is great, it’s right near the cathedral. The sofa was comfortable compared to other locations. We’ve stayed at during our trip.

To be improved

The full sized bed was squeezed into a nook with about 8” on either side. The windows face the courtyard, and are frosted over, so it felt a bit claustrophobic. The trashcan in the kitchen is only about 6 inches in diameter and was not enough for doing anything where you have to throw something away. We did not watch TV, however, if you want to watch, the TV is at a 90° angle from the seating area, so it would be very difficult to see anything

great location. clean apartment with tea and coffee. good wifi.

To be improved

I didn't realise that no staff would be onsite. self service check ins don't really work for travellers that do not have internet access. I called the place upon arrival and was given instructions over the phone but I just think this needs to be made clear in the listing prior to booking. booking.com could do a better job of enforcing regulations so these types of things are clearly shared in property listings to avoid check in complications.
