Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Sparkling microwave. Location, although we had some difficulty finding our accommodations after check-in (which is done at the hotel).

To be improved

Broken plates. Wet and dirty dishes. (Note that we were careful to leave all the dishes we used, properly washed, and on the counter!). Broken kitchen extractor fan. In terms of comfort, the worst accommodation we've ever stayed in as a family (with a child!) We stayed in what I think was the worst apartment available: the attic! View: seagull droppings in the skylights. Simply awful! They didn't even consider that it was our first time at this establishment and that they could have placed us in a better apartment to ensure a future stay! I'm seriously considering abandoning Booking. Since we upgraded to the Genius level, it seems like the discounts are associated with the worst accommodations!!! This is the second terrible experience in 3 reservations this year!!

“The location on Plaza Porta do Sol was amazing. The apartment was very comfortable. · Cons: The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. You had to watch when you used the toilet not to hit you rmheadn on the water heater.”

Everything worked perfectly. They welcomed us in the best way: giving us the chance to leave our suitcases in the reception at our arrival, and leaving them again after the check out in order to walk freely around the city. The accommodation was fantastic: it was big, it had everything we needed and it was located in the most convenient place: in the main square of the city. I just loved my stay in Vigo. Highly recommended! And I'd like to thanks Carmen: you were just fantastic!! (She showed us what to do around Galicia and In vigo as well, was very very nice)

The location could not have been any better. Walking distance to the train station, marina, shops, restaurants and cafes.The efficiency apartment was simple but ample and very clean.

To be improved

it would had been nice to have shampoo and conditioner .
