“Basic but great value for money”

Close to the beach, friendly staff and the rooms were clean and tidy.

To be improved

No inflatables allowed in the pool. One night we didn't have bedding on our beds so went to ask late in the evening as they must have forgotten to put new on after they removed it and got told repeatedly that it was not possible. I finally managed to persuade them that we needed bedding. The beds very comfy but the sofa bed was really bad.

There was washing up to clean the dishes as there were cockroaches! We didn’t have cutlery for 3 days

All ok apart from below good location, staff, Wi-Fi, shower, furniture

Only issue was the kettle and fridge need sorting out, On arrival no kettle in the room I asked the reception she said would try to find one when it arrived she said that if it did not work we would need to boil water in a saucepan, I asked why a new one could not be provided and she stated that would take a long time which seems pretty unbelievable they are readily available and not expensive, the kettle provided had an issue the on and off switch did not work so had to lift it off the base while it was boiling away nearly resulting in me being scolded on the hand. With regard to the fridge the freezer control did not work very efficiently it was either freezing everything in the main fridge if turned up or ice cream melted in the freezer compartment if it was turned lower
