Well located apartment, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, all basic amenities are there, recently refurbished.

Unfortunately the appartment was on the ground floor (no Balcony, which is not clearly stated on the site). The actual address is different, not C. Pedraza Paez, but it is avenida Salvador Allende, both windows give to the noisy 2 lane street, with constant traffic day and night. I was not able to rest/ sleep throughout the entire week due to the constant traffic noise. The air is damp and there is a strange smell inside, that's stayed on my clothes after a few days.

“fab location”

the host messaged to say we could check in early so we went straight there from the airport. very simple journey, 4 stops on the c1 train (€2.80) and then about 20 minutes on the number 8 bus (€1.40). the apartment is spacious for 2, very clean and had everything you'd need for your holiday; decent air con, toilet roll, soap, washing up liquids and cloths, corkscrew, towels, big fridge and freezer etc, oven and hob, a rack to dry your clothes on, wine glasses. reasonably comfy bed . really good location a 2 minute walk from the beach and a very decent amount of bars and restaurants anywhere from a 5-15 minute walk away. restaurant wise, there's everything from Mexican, pizza, burger places, and then loads of tapas and seafood places. we regularly got the number 8 bus back into the old town for a change to wander round and eat there. very regular busses and journeys were 1 euro 40 each way. we'd definitely stay again, great apartment, great host, fab location and malaga is very pretty.

The staff, the location was amazing, comfortable, safe environment. Mercedes the host was very lovely and friendly but nobody speak English.

Unfortunately the apartment is on the main road and not the small calle ( pathway) as it was advertised, therefore the noise of the traffic was unbearable and I was unable to sleep, and the fume from cars constantly came in through the open window. In the village I experienced racism and when people heard I speak English and my look like is English they made often hateful body languages and verbal abuse and discrimination from Spanish people. This part is long way from centre and this village ( El Palo) is not liking English people. If u not speak Spanish do not go to this area.
