Great location walking distance to city, parks, restaurants, cafe and market. The property was clean.

To be improved

Collecting keys from near by hostel and returning it there was inconvenient specially as we had large suitcases and very early flights . Also there was renovation going on and we couldn’t sleep in as the work started early in the morning.

Location was great. AC and wifi worked well, bed was super comfortable.

To be improved

Not very clean. Kitchen in particular. For an equipped kitchen, it lacked any good knives for cutting and the only frying pan was badly scratched. Plus, handles on pots were not heat resistant. All the dishes were mismatched and worn out. Housekeeping was forgetful, one time they cleaned our room and forgot to leave us towels, we had to go to main office to get towels. They did not offer to bring us towels. Another time, they left a dirty rag on the kitchen counter. Plus, they did not make the bed, except for once. The chairs were filthy. Also, the drain in shower was clogged and we called them and were told they would come next day and fix it, they never did. My wife ended up removing drain cover and cleaning it out. Needed a mirror, besides the one in the bathroom. Needs some art on the walls. It’s on a very noisy street.
