Spacious, modern, good bed.
“Modern, spacious. Clean, relaxing & convenient”
We a 70+ self-catering Australian couple driving around Portugal & Spain for a couple of months in a hire car. We were in apartment 2 on the second floor. The apartment is beautiful and we loved staying here. It is modern and very clean with a washing machine, hair dryer, great fridge, comfortable sofa and bed, and the lighting is adjustable. It is in a great location for exploring the old town, the sights and the shops. We loved sitting at the large table in the window both to eat meals and to use our technology. It would be great to open the door of the balcony in warmer weather. It is Cristina’s job to manage (and clean) several apartments in the area. She is very warm, speaks English well and responds promptly to questions. This personal service means a lot to us as too many of the apartments we have stayed in rely strongly on technology. When we found a couple of things that were missing she understood and provided them immediately.
Although the kitchen has what you need, the cooking implements are very basic and there is only one small sharp(ish) knife. There is no kettle, no small bowls for cereal or nibbles/olives etc, and no large bowls for salads etc. There is a chopping board but it is very small. Unfortunately the whole of the plaza in front of the apartment is undergoing improvemet so there is a lot of building work and noise going on. The view is also spoiled as a result. Free parking was not easy to find. We couldn’t find a free spot nearby when we arrived at 5.15pm and the building works meant that traffic was very slow so we parked in the Sol de las Moreras 24 hour car park for E12 which is about 250 metres away. I would not advise this apartment for those with limited mobility or limited ability to carry their luggage from the car park and up the stairs to the 2nd floor.

“Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.”
Apartment very clean & comfortable.Great location & just walking distance to restaurants.Cristina was very helpful & her recommendation for dinner at El Lagar de Isilla was spot on .
“Great apartment”
Great 1 bed apartment in a good location. Free parking on street 10 min walk away. Great living area with a go kitchen. Good Aircon.
The pillows smelt a bit foisty, as were the towels that were a bit worn out. A kettle and airer for hanging washing out would have been useful too.
