“So central yet so peaceful....”
The best

The location - so central to the hum of the city yet somehow the apartment was so peaceful. Had a slight issue with the aircon in the bedroom of the first apartment and were quickly moved into the one next door and not an inconvenience at all. Very efficient.

To be improved

It's just a personal preference but when an accommodation advertises "24 hour reception" as a facility on Booking.com, it would be nice to meet an actual person at some stage! Having said that, communication using Whatsapp will work fine for anyone who uses the app. It was all we needed and our host even arranged our taxi to the airport. Thank you.

The knifes in the kitchen could be sharpened, and in the bathroom a mat in the shower would be helpful for elderly people to prevent slipping on the wet shower floor.
