To be improved

This is probably one of the worst places I've stayed. It was 40 degrees Fahrenheit and they made us pay for a heater. No wifi, no paper towels, only one set of keys, no towels, etc. Just pay a little more and stay somewhere else it's not worth it. 40 minute walk to castle, so the location isn't even that great.

communal swimming pool and nice land views

To be improved

1. mold on the walls, 2. broken shower head, 3. only one lamp shade in the double bedroom, 4. door for spare bedroom cannot be shut because the bed stands in the middle, 5. not even some hand soap is available, 6. no signage or clear instructions to find your room in a block of 100s of apartments, 7. fan dirty with broken legs, 8. bathroom window shutter couldn’t go down - anyone could peep from the adjacent corridors, 9. TV is literally the size of a monitor
