“Very good as location, but need some works into apartment”

The location is very good, right into the city center. Good vibes and full of terraces.

To be improved

We had many ants into the toilet and living room. We announced the agency who sent the cleaner who used the own key to open the door without inform us in advance. The shower door cannot be fully closed.

The position of the apartment. Couldn't ask for better. So beautiful.

To be improved

The shower-head was terrible, it kept coming off and spraying water everywhere. It could be looked at and better secured. The kitchen was really tiny, especially for 2 couples. Wine glasses not washed properly- had grease still on from previous stay.

“Apartment with great potential if they take care of plumbing issues”

The location was ideal. Within walking distance of all the tourist attractions and restaurants.

To be improved

The apartment had major plumbing issues. When one shower was on in one bathroom the water would overflow in the other and vice versa. We were constantly using towels to try and prevent the rooms from flooding. We informed the host and he said he would send someone to look at it but never did. They must be aware but sadly, not taking care of the property.

“Good location, but the place definitely needs renovation.”

Very comfortable beds, and the location couldn’t be better – the accommodation is perfectly situated between Seville Cathedral and the Alcázar.

To be improved

The photos had nothing to do with reality. We tried to find pictures of the actual apartment we stayed in, but there was nothing that matched. The elevator felt unsafe, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the space, and the shower was almost falling apart.
