“Only first night recepetion service ! · Cons: They blocked 200 euro from my visa card and only unblocked 100 € reason behind i forget to give secon key and after 2 hours i call'd them back for return the second key but they said they already have changed the locked and they will charge 100 euro And second thing the kitchen senk was fully closed and they said you have to wait 14 hours to open .. and nothing happend until we request many times !!”

To be improved

Property was unsafe and dirty. A shelf fell off onto my son’s foot making him bleed. The toilet seat was cracked and not stable. The kitchen was very dirty with a bad smell. Poor water pressure. Sewerage smell through sinks and toilet. Balcony needed repairs as there were holes in the walls and bad cracks.
