“All in all if these couple of things were addressed then it’s an excellent choice whilst visiting Santander.”

Central near bus station, shopping & restaurants. Apartment had met most of our needs.

To be improved

No kettle, last few stairs proved hazardous as the blend in with the tiles on the flooring downstairs and one of us had a fall thinking we were on the last step.

Location was excellent being close to the Bus and Rail stations.

A minor point was that the kitchen did not have a pair of scissors otherwise it was well equipped.

As described. Clean. Tasteful decor. About 10 minutes walk from centre.

To be improved

The open plan just didn’t work for us as a family. No privacy. Very little storage space so spent the time surrounded by bags. But in fairness, it was as described. Very little in the way of provisions. Not enough toilet roll for stay, coffee pod machine but only decaffeinated coffee and coffee with milk pods supplied. X1 dishwasher tablet for 2 night stay. Advertised as having parking but it doesn’t. Time limited on street paid for parking, or expensive paid for car parks a walk away. Noise from adjacent apartments and terrible pillows meant poor sleep. Immediate area while not awful isn’t very nice. No iron. No bread knife. No oven- microwave and cooking rings only. Ventilation in apartment poor. Unable to have windows open unless compromising privacy as apartment at street level. Can’t open one of the 2 windows and dishwasher at same time!
