Verified reviews from real guests who have already stayed here.
Location is described as convenient and near the train station, appreciated by guests.
Service was satisfactory, mentioned as easy check-in and generally accommodating.
No specific mentions, assumed standard quality for this hotel tier.
Overall experience was positive with notable pros and minor cons affecting the stay.
Facilities and amenities are generally well-reviewed, although some basic items were missing.
Clean and well-kept, with some mentions of cleanliness in several reviews.
“The apartment was clean and functional with amenities such as a good AC, a kitchen with microwave and stovetop ( no extras such as salt and pepper), and washing machines for clothes and dishes. The location was close to the station and quiet. It was hard to rate the staff as I saw no one. I did talk on the customer service phone-- after several attempts to explain my difficulties-- with someone who explained the virtual system to me. · Cons: I was quite uncomfortable with the virtual entry keys and computerized clanging shut of my door each time I had entered the room. I needed to call the customer service line for assistance as I have a slight claustrophobia and felt unsettled there throughout my stay. The room had little daylight as the one window in the room looked across to a concrete wall; there was no privacy curtain for the window, and letting down the blind meant darkness and therefore electric lights. The furnishings were adequate but not especially comfortable. I had expected something better than this.”

“The apartment is clean and decently appointed · Cons: Basically, these apartments are storage/garage rooms transformed into studios at the bottom of a 6 floor apartment building.. there is a miniature window that gives to an unattractive courtyard with no privacy ( since you are at floor level) or view, or blind. This forces you to close the shutters, and have no or little natural light in the apartments. So, you feel really like you are sleeping In a garage. In fact there is a huge ventilation fans because otherwise I guess there would be no air circulation. One of the fans was very loud and you cannot turn them off. It took us 3 days to get used to the loud noise to sleep ok. The room appointment is ok..like a 2 star motel style. The mattress is thin and you can feel the bed structure below. The shower broke. The hot water in genera is dangerously hot ( to the point you can get burnt), and the temperature controls broke in the shower. On a more positive note, they did respond to our customer support calls and changed the controls and fixed a leak at the shower head that sprinkled water everywhere within 24 hours The location is clearly not the best. There are some commerce and local shops but you are far from the city centre and tourist attractions if you are walking. Unlike what other reviewers reported ( are those reviews for real?).it is a 19 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor, per Google maps. Not 10. I rented a car, and the apartment owners recommended street parking for my car, but after 20 min circling around the first night I ended up in the public parking on Avenida de Portugal. Closest, but still 16€ a day and a 12 min walk. I have been 10+ times to Salamanca, as I have some family there, and this accommodation is by far the worst I have stayed in. I have also traveled 70 countries, and found in my past many trips that booking.com reviews were quite reliable. Clearly, not this time!”

“Nice, comfortable, quiet, everything is close by! Would stay here again!”
Room was spacious, many kitchen utensils, nice stove. Bed was really comfy and warm, perfect for the winter, had a heater and ac which was a plus, and was about a 10 min walk to plaza mayor which was great!
We did struggle to get into the building but we didn't wait long. After that check in was pretty smooth. The water in the shower turned cold pretty quickly not ideal for winter but was ok if you take quick showers.
